These powers should only be used if
I actually think that's pretty strong and clear. If you're being an idiot (i.e. slurs or spamming) and you get gagged by anyone regardless of if it's a donor or not, and you ungag/unmute yourself early - that's not a legitimate reason to use your powers. If you didn't get legitimately gagged/muted, then that wouldn't count no?
- The target is someone you know and is in on the joke. You will be punished if they do not want to be a target
- There is a legitimate reason to use your powers (ex. All staff are alive while someone is screaming in spectator)
