I am so glad to see you back to yourself again, I've seen some great changes in you and we both know how much they were needed. It took you a long time to get your head around everything but I do think you now have a much better understanding of handling stress and your own outlook on things.

As for staffing, I have no concerns with you becoming trusted but I will remind you to take plenty of breaks and remember everything you have learned. 

You know I am always here for you, whenever you need me.
