I just wanna respond to a few of these:

1. Depends on the context. In the city? Yea thats stupid. On the highway? I can understand. Also depends on how hard its raining. Few months back I was driving on an unfamiliar single lane highway home when it started torrential downpouring. I drove with my hazards on because I wasn't comfortable driving 110km/h (70miles/h) on an unfamiliar highway when I couldn't even see more than 6 feet infront of me, so the hazards let people know I wasn't driving as quickly as they might expect.

My other pet peeves include people not using their turning signal (it's not that hard bless) and ~snipper~

As a resident not user of turn signals, depends on the context. When I'm alone and the only car on the road I don't use turn signals. No real point and just have the habit of not doing it. Of course though, if your turn, merge, or lane change will affect anyone else absolutely use those fun blinky things on the stick thingy in your vehicle.

Now, keeping in the format I would say my big two are:
1. People who do stupid shit on the road and then get angry at you for either reacting or doing the proper thing (IE idiot cuts me off doing 30km below the speed limit so I have to slam on my breaks to not hit him, I cut into the other lane and go around and the idiot decides he needs to honk at me)
2. People who have no respect for other peoples belongings (IE vandalism, theft, etc.). I have worked hard for everything I own and to have some asshole feel the need to key my car for no reason isn't cool.
