Positives:
-Knows the rules well
-Follows said rules, not pushing the line on anything
-Helpful to the mods when situations are ongoing
-Mature
-Some help with ban requests in past
-Significant time and experience on the server

Negatives:
-Not active on discord
-Not very active on forums or a lot of ban requests

I lean between +0 and +1 due to the lack of ban requests. There are two areas of interest I look for with ban requests:
1. Initiative to actually file the request
2. Accuracy and completeness of said report

The fact that you took initiative to file 2 unban requests in recent days tells me you have the initiative.
The rest can be taken care of in time.
