I have nothing against you and you are before my time but I don't think I've seen you on the server more than a handful of times. I think it makes more sense to play more on the server then apply for admin instead of vice versa, which is what you are currently doing. What happens if you get admin, come back on the server, and then find you don't want to play again? Staff roles shouldn't be ping pong.
