Edit: after seeing the relay I honestly think you should just be perma-banned. That's some seriously scummy and aggressive shit you said, and the fact that the only thing that will keep you from doing it is knowing that staff is watching just tells me you don't even understand what you did wrong. I've taught 5 year olds who are better than you at empathizing and understanding how their actions affect others.
