After observing how you've behaved whenever we've played together, I don't believe that you're ready for trusted.
You're too eager to jump at every minute thing that occurs in order to flex your donor powers, and you give off some pretty potent donor staff vibes while doing so.
Just about every time that we've played together, I've witnessed you gagging/muting players that haven't even been warned and threatening donor power usage based on mob rule instead of adhering to da rules.
And you also have a tendency to argue with long-time players and other donors when they try to give you advice on how to handle certain situations.
My advice for you is: chill out with the power flexing, learn or relearn da rules to improve your consistency, and try to harmonize with the other donors (especially the knowledgeable, active long-time players) as to reduce dissonance and disorganization when staff isn't on.
