PH isn't my domain by any means, but he was banned over 9 months ago; do you really think he's going to come back and do that again immediately? If so, then I can respect your opinion even if I disagree with it.
I say that 9 months is enough time to be away from the server to give this individual another chance; this is this player's first unban appeal, so it's not as if he has gone the poop maniac route and post 955 unban requests; if that were the case, I'd be more inclined to say no. He hasn't been on the forums since January, so I'd be willing to believe that he's taken time away.
+1 for an unban; just please don't act stupid again.
