CPS Report on Nuru
#2
I would like to point out a few flaws in this report! This is a shitpost and not to be taken seriously... please.

It is the recommendation of this board that all other children claimed by Nuru be taken into CPS custody immediately upon a court order.
The CPS is not a law enforcement agency, it is merely a state government social service agency, therefore they do not have the power to police and make arrests! The only "Custody" the CPS deals with is child custody, which is the legal guardship of a minor. While you need a warrant for nuru's arrest with probable cause, it would be the state or municipal police that make the arrest.

This initial report is incorrectly filed. In order to fill out a valid DCF-136 forum, there is much more information missing here. An official example is provided here

On June 13, 2019, investigation 2019-42069 was received reference the death of Deathstar, after being found in his chair unresponsive. Medical staff and law enforcement personnel observed signs of starvation on Deathstar, including very little body mass, many areas of bones showing in the skin. At the time of the incident Deathstar was in the care of Nuru while playing a game of Prop Hunt. The medical examiner determined the cause of death was due to starvation, with the manner being a Homicide.
I'd argue that nuru not be charged with homicide here given the evidence provided here, a certain burden of proof must be met and that is not apparent here! While it is clear signs of criminal negligence, there seems to not be enough to proof of a negligent homicide, which is a deliberate and unlawful killing without malice. How old is this child? was this child old enough to get food on their own? did the child make an attempt to attract Nuru's attention? was the child negligent himself? These questions need answers!
