this true - donors retain what they paid for. But if you are forever inactive that should go on a historic list, not on the inactive staff list.
But i agree, those who paid shouldn't be demoted

Once a month is ok, but I don't feel that staff popping on every 4 months should be making server decisions on rules they aren't up to date on.

Also, more staff doesn't always equate to better. Quality of staff is far more important than having a long list of inactive staff who are on the list to make it look like we actually have staff
