Hi all.

For context, the reason why I asked bird to report this is because of two things.
First, we take matters of harassment like this very seriously. Not only is it super gross if someone says no and it's continued, it's straight up awful. It violates people's feelings of safety and mental well-being.

Secondly, ash has already received a ban THIS Month for saying some really really out of pocket shit. I watched as ash was acting like a skeazy creep towards bird. I watched as bird said for ash to stop, only to be re-harassed. It's quite frankly awful. Harassment like this leads to people being unwilling to participate in this community. 

For example, I asked bird about it, and was given a 'he keeps doing it, guess I won't do anything about it haha :(" answer. If you were being harassed, would it be ok if that was the attitude the community had? No it wouldn't.

I personally wouldn't want ash in this community if this is how they behave towards others.

Yeah, I didn't realize at the time how much he was saying toward me until I went back to my recordings. That's my mistakes for not realizing it sooner and my apologies to everyone for not being a good role as staff by the way I had acted during this.

Hi! Sorry to interject but just curious about something. Shouldn't you guys be following the laid out harassment rules?? This reads to me as if you guys skipped the first four punishments listed for harassment.

PH Guidelines states:
-Verbal/Chat Notification (You did tell him to stop)
-Round gag/mute
-Map gag/mute
-Kick
-Ban length varies situation to situation

Was he round gagged, map gagged, and then kicked?? From the info, it looks like he was being super cringey and wanting attention. I don't know what kind of ban you guys are expecting to happen here. Just curious if the proper guidelines were followed. Once again, I could be completely wrong and it's not my place, I am just curious!!

I think in a case like this skipping other punishments and straight up banning this loser is warranted. The important thing to note is that he was told to stop with his antics multiple times but he didn't.

Repeatedly asking someone out and pressing the issue harder when they say no, joke or not, is just not okay, and while I think more should've been done to put a stop to it, something like this is still very deserving of a ban.

Yeah the guy is definitely a degenerate. Based off some of the shit he said in his unban appeal, I'm surprised it was only a week. I'm just used to escalating punishments according to the guidelines. Thank you for the responses!

First off, bird I'm sorry.

1. I was trolling and doing it only to staff, including potato. potato wasn't responding, but bird was, which is why bird received most of it.
2. Did they reject me, yes. Was I told to stop, no. No one said stop in any form or fashion.
3. This is not comparable to my previous statements and comments for which I was banned.
(The only comparison is attention seeking behavior, but please continue to spin it how you like.)

Proper guidelines were not followed, and it appears people just want me perma'd regardless, so in any case just ban me, I'm over it.
