also If he was unaware what teaming was (Nash is not, Otis was) should have just been a verbal especially if both players apologized afterwards anyways and no reports were filed

I think the teaming is a bit dumb but the punishment is also slightly harsh for the single incident with no reports and the slight inconvenience.
Also I agree with the statement made by Hot Pocket, defibs seem slightly abuseable in terms of trolling but I don't know whether I agree with removing them from T bodies.

To be fair, the punishment given is and was how staff has treated teaming for a long time. It's an instant warn/ban. The simple mistake comes in when tiefling didn't check if the two Ts didn't report or if they were all friends, which is an understandable mistake to make.
+1 for unban/unwarn.
