Reason For Ban: warn threshold 

Length of Ban: 4 weeks

Reason for Admins to Unban: The rules on this server seem to be a moving target. I was warned by BGgamez YT for RDM and leave. However, the server restarted, and I just decided not to rejoin. I was told this was called "soft leaving" by one of the staff members less than a month ago. This was after a peer rdm'd me and left. The staff member refused to give them warn points following the incident. I fear it will become impossible to abide by the rules of Dinkleberg TTT if this precedent continues in the community.

My warn points are from previous incidents and I feel I have done the time! I am a changed man, Lycan, aeth0r, Billiam, and Uriel can attest to this. I would like to extend a thank you to BGgamez YT for dedication and unwavering commitment to protecting this server from the everchanging threat to Garry's Mod TTT.

Have you been banned before (Link relevant threads): I've never appealed bans before.

Other: I should be doing homework anyway and I am requesting that BGgamez YT take my slays. Member since 2018 btw.

Just posting that the staff member in question from a month ago was Chibill. After discussion with him, I believe that what he told you was misunderstood. To my knowledge, leaving (or not rejoining) before serving a slay is always RDM + Leave

I know I'm not staff, but I would like to speak on my experience from that night and my time playing with Atlanta in general. For starters, the server did not restart, it was a map change. BG waited to see if he was going to rejoin, but at that point he was completely offline. 

I do not understand how you are a "changed man." You had previously been warned for targeting and sexual harassment directed towards me. Since you returned from the ban that resulted from those warns, you have continued to be hostile towards me. I do not enjoy playing with you and will actively avoid the server if you are on. You do not make it a welcoming place to have fun. To me, you have learned nothing from your actions. If you are unbanned, I will continue to actively avoid playing when you are on.

Don't have proof of it besides me experiencing it. Those "simple questions" you were asking were in an attempt to raise suspension on me after me stating either I was proven for whatever reason or I was damaged from a c4. Which you would not take as an answer. I will show respect to those I respect. You do not treat me with respect either. Go ahead and continue to play the victim and live in this delusional mindset that you have. I know I won't be the only person happy if you don't get unbanned.

bro is not fam in da clerb -1 (i have had my fair share of issues with him, tends to get very heated and be generally unpleasant, but is one of those people where it's fun to poke the bear so im actually pretty neutral)

mr atlanta joined the server today. the moderator saylor twift noticed that he had 28 points but was not banned. after this was brought up, atlanta was more than willing to cooperate with the staff member to solve the issue, even though it resulted in him getting banned. im not sure on his past, but his compliance should be noted.
