As others have said, I really don't think the waiting on reports thing is really as big of a deal as you've laid it out to be. Definitely something to work on as a personal goal, but nowhere near anything to -1 you over.

That being said, you're a positive influence on the server, know the rules and are fairly active. Maybe a bit too active...
