I'm not talking about reports I'm talking about in general. You've only been back since January as far as I can tell with your forum post and in that time I didn't even see anything for trusted. Now that you do have the rank and you have had if for only a month I still don't see anything you can't already do at the moment. For me this reads as just applying for T-Mod because you can.
I've attached the requirements for T-Mod Here:
[*]Has good knowledge on how to use the RDM manager and commands as trusted
[*]Responses to scenarios: https://forms.gle/hsy19dowmRGrGo938
[*]No mildly significant or major behavioral issues as of late
[*]Very knowledgeable understanding of the rules and can be able to handle more intermediate scenarios
[*]Community support detailing the progress made as a staff member
[*]Ban requests are generally made with all necessary information
[*]Consistent actvity in the community as staff member and have had Trusted for a minnimum of 1 month.
[*]200+ hours in server

I'm not sure what else you're looking for from me beyond the minor issues you've had here. T-mod is a role that you used to be able to purchase, and is still a junior staff role. And of course I'm applying for T-Mod because I can- I meet the above requirements and want to be able to help out on the server. You're right, I've only been back for 4 months and plan to stay a while. I wouldn't have made this application or spent this time replying to you if I didn't care about this community. As a trusted, there isn't much that I can do beyond handle reports, take screenshots/recordings of evidence, and report them to the higher ranks. If there is some other activity you'd like to see out of me as a trusted, I can't figure out what that is. I would be doing the exact same thing as a T-Mod with a few more permissions.

I absolutely view Tmod as another training rank. In my opinion it just signifies that we trust them to karma ban people for mass RDM/hacking. That's how it was treated when I got the rank. I had some areas to improve when I got it.

I just came back from my Gmod sabbatical over the last 2 weeks, so I haven't been here to witness everything, but I'm generally happy with how you're handling yourself thus far. My biggest real gripe is that this app feels a bit hasty, but otherwise, good stuff. If the current state of the world is an omen of any kind, I'll be seeing more Market Down moving forward :)

So, let's just clear the air a bit here. He was told to immediately apply by me because he's one of the best trusteds, wnd probably T-Mods, we have right now. His want to learn and perfect things is enviable. I'm not going to take full credit for him applying even though it was all me, but he's doing a stellar job.

If he is testing something actively and is communicating that with the staff team, he's not particularly under any obligation to share that with people on server. We do this all the time, pretty much every time I'm on I'm testing little things. It is good that you came forward with concerns, but when given an explanation, responding with "well I have no way if knowing that!" Is just unnecessary and feels combative.

Market, you're doing a great job, and I'm glad you come to me with questions. You are going to be my new @Jammin some day. That's high praise.

Oh and fuck yall for making me log in on my phone hate this shit

Market is a pretty standup trusted. One of, if not the best, trusted currently in the position.

Also, I don't think it's an issue that he applies for T-mod as soon as he is eligible. Those minimum eligibility requirements exist for a reason, so if people don't like that then there should be discussions on extending those requirements.

Hi Market Down, The Admin Team has decided to accept this application. You are light blue.

(From just TDawg4) Since some concerns were brought up in the appeal I wanted the aspects that I think you should watch out for.

You are a representative and whatever you do the server will consider 100% okay and want to do that plus more. (Dont want to push the edges of the rules as staff).

I think sometimes you still miss the balance of when staff needs to step in and when they can just let the server have fun. Especially with regular players. It is really hard to gauge, and you don't want to play favorites but there is an art to knowing when to step in. (something to consider).
