Sorry my response has taken so long. I've been busy and thinking a lot about what to say. There are a lot of things to address and I know I am not a perfect person, nor a perfect staff member(nobody is); however, the accusations of harassment directed just at your group of friends and calling for a community ban is quite absurd to me. The main things I want to address are:

 The bans I gave out the other day have now been revoked since the punishments were primarily for attempted RDM, but your behavior of attacking others outside of your friend group with the popcorn buckets repeatedly is still not allowed. People who have played on the server as long as you should know better than most about it. I will admit I did get a little hasty with banning you, spider, since you were mostly innocent with the exception of a little rudeness when I joined, but I'll let it slide. When I originally saw the evidence video of the play before I joined I mistook you pushing Biig_Sad as throwing popcorn from above. I did also miss the RDM on Phan by him so he will be serving a week ban since this isn't his first offense. I admit I should have been more diligent with watching the video of evidence before punishments.

 As for the evidence I had, it looks like I lost a majority of it when I upgraded my SSD and built my other PC, but there is still evidence in the murder staff discord from a while back of phantom RDMing and inappropriate chat messages. Information about those can also be found here. So it's not like phantom hasn't had a history of rule breaking. We have banned other players for the same and being a regular shouldn't excuse the behavior. I have punished other regulars and my friends for breaking rules too. 


 The "harassment" that I am being accused of with the name calling and other things about sexuality, being a furry, and calling you retards literally has never happened. I know my messages in discord the other day were stupid, but I was just frustrated and didn't portray what I meant. I was not admitting to saying those things and was also venting frustrations I had about  separate matters altogether. The mutt nickname hasn't been mentioned in over 3 years because once Phan genuinely told me they hated it, I stopped, but when I was saying it, Phan was also calling me "Stinky fish" and saying I had "ick." So I assumed that was mutual banter that has now stopped. The crab thing that you are also bringing up wasn't just me. I know at the time I should have stopped before the others but I didn't start it and when everyone stopped, so did I. 

 What is going to change:

Over the next couple of weeks, I plan to work on the current rules that haven't been modified in over 3 years to try and make the guidelines more straightforward and make punishments easier to understand and deal out to rule breakers. 
ALL CURRENT AND PAST PUNISHMENT/STRIKES WILL BE CLEARED AND EVERYONE WITHOUT A PERMA BAN WILL START WITH A CLEAN SLATE.

I will also work with Milk to change server settings to remove the damage of popcorn buckets to prevent killing and reduce RDMs. If I can, I will also try to get new maps added and change what maps are in rotation. I will also try to go through and remove near impossible to reach spots to even out the playing field for all players.

This whole thing is comical. after a year and a half of being gone you suddenly now want to make changes.. Wave past bans, warnings, add maps and the such.. I agree with Damian that this just seems like saving face and damage control.

Also so called admin.. you should go over the rules again, ARDM is not a thing on murder... Excessive popcorn and pushing and such can get you KOSed. so lets try not to bring up rule breaks that are not actual rule breaks ok... ok... Not the first time i had bring up the rules that you failed to follow properly. once again check the Rats thread link i posted. Oh and my guy i already posted Phantoms Ban appeal earlier in this thread.. if anyone reads it they will see that nothing she did regarding your inappropriate claim was actually rule breaking.. So thats twice now in this one post you want to twist things against her..

As for the mutt thing, she mentioned many times she did not like it.. sure you stopped eventually but that dont change she had to say it publicly on multiple occasions. The crab thing? You certainly did not stop... The screen shot clearly shows you saying it after the current admin at the time told everyone to stop... Then we have the norm screen shot of him saying didnt she want the joke to stop also shows you did not in fact stop, pretty sure that ones about the mutt name btw. And all of that has happened, you can say you said WHO CARES I GOT NOTHING TO LOSE out of frustration all you want, norm can say the same all he wants.. The Bugs Bunny picture, the constant react emojis to things i said and phantom said clearly shows its more then just frustration on your part, its deliberately hostile and to rile up a reaction.. 

And last thing for now.. You punish friends? Thats straight up laughable. Just go to the Rats thread ive mentioned many of times. I had to fight to get NORM and BIG SAD to be punished for what they did then as you had no intentions of punishing them at all.. only to perma ban us.. But its nice of you to admit at least you had no grounds to perma this time, or maybe thats again just to save face, since i decided to fight this and start this whole mess...

 I have not spoken on this thread because it seemed alot of people were speaking with emotions and not rational logic. I also wanted to be neutral here, since its true that I am friends with levi. 

That being said, to phantom, fluxxy, I did not agree to being consistently ARDM for a whole map, especially after I was told to "leave this server this is [our] server". That didnt seem very friendly to me. as such, I reported the consistent ARDM and the map to lost leviathan.

In terms of pushing Phantom off the bridge, I thought it was really funny and didnt think it through tbh. I honestly expected phantom to airstrafe in a circle back onto the bridge, so thats genuinely my bad tbh.

I do think that some of the arguments made by the initial post are not in good faith but thats neither here nor there, and not really worth going into.

also lmao for previous punishments getting wiped (except mine for that week ban lmao)

As for the the consent thing about pushing and popcorn.. There has always been the unwritten rule that everyone followed that if you tell someone to stop they should stop.. I watched the video TWICE and at no point did I attempt to RDM you or anyone else. Pushing is a different thing and I pushed you maybe 2-3 times and you said nothing about it. Please provide the proof. Me saying "this is our server" is a running joke between me and my friends because we were the only playing it for a long time. I'd say the same thing if another regulars I knew joined. It means nothing and will never be any more then an inside joke  All that extra stuff at the bottom is not needed either.

Saying it "Has literally never happened" is a flat out lie, But with no evidence I have no fight for it and it'll become nothing. You know what you said. We are grown adults and cant admit when you've said something wrong? I'm trying to keep this from getting dirty but it wont get any better from here. If I did actually say those things I would have admitted it and apologized, but this isn't the first time you have tried bullying me into apologizing for something I didn't do or say and I will not admit to something I did not say. As you said, you have no evidence and the only people going along with it are your group of 2-3 friends backing you up without their own evidence either. Watch the video brother, sad kills Phantom or at least from my perspective he did as i was on the windows. Behind that bush no one can hit you.. So only those two being in there and one dies... You would have still ignored it, you would have still let it go and later when it was said again without so much as warning them just to go at us and ban us.. There are a lot of things to address and I know I am not a perfect person, nor a perfect staff member(nobody is); however, the accusations of harassment directed just at your group of friends and calling for a community ban is quite absurd to me. The main things I want to address are:

 The bans I gave out the other day have now been revoked since the punishments were primarily for attempted RDM, but your behavior of attacking others outside of your friend group with the popcorn buckets repeatedly is still not allowed. People who have played on the server as long as you should know better than most about it. I will admit I did get a little hasty with banning you, spider, since you were mostly innocent with the exception of a little rudeness when I joined, but I'll let it slide. When I originally saw the evidence video of the play before I joined I mistook you pushing Biig_Sad as throwing popcorn from above. I did also miss the RDM on Phan by him so he will be serving a week ban since this isn't his first offense. I admit I should have been more diligent with watching the video of evidence before punishments.

 As for the evidence I had, it looks like I lost a majority of it when I upgraded my SSD and built my other PC, but there is still evidence in the murder staff discord from a while back of phantom RDMing and inappropriate chat messages. Information about those can also be found here. So it's not like phantom hasn't had a history of rule breaking. We have banned other players for the same and being a regular shouldn't excuse the behavior. I have punished other regulars and my friends for breaking rules too. 


 The "harassment" that I am being accused of with the name calling and other things about sexuality, being a furry, and calling you retards literally has never happened. I know my messages in discord the other day were stupid, but I was just frustrated and didn't portray what I meant. I was not admitting to saying those things and was also venting frustrations I had about  separate matters altogether. The mutt nickname hasn't been mentioned in over 3 years because once Phan genuinely told me they hated it, I stopped, but when I was saying it, Phan was also calling me "Stinky fish" and saying I had "ick." So I assumed that was mutual banter that has now stopped. The crab thing that you are also bringing up wasn't just me. I know at the time I should have stopped before the others but I didn't start it and when everyone stopped, so did I. 

 What is going to change:

Over the next couple of weeks, I plan to work on the current rules that haven't been modified in over 3 years to try and make the guidelines more straightforward and make punishments easier to understand and deal out to rule breakers. 
ALL CURRENT AND PAST PUNISHMENT/STRIKES WILL BE CLEARED AND EVERYONE WITHOUT A PERMA BAN WILL START WITH A CLEAN SLATE.

I will also work with Milk to change server settings to remove the damage of popcorn buckets to prevent killing and reduce RDMs. If I can, I will also try to get new maps added and change what maps are in rotation. I will also try to go through and remove near impossible to reach spots to even out the playing field for all players.

I understand that from other perspectives it may look like Biig_Sad was the murderer so I never mentioned anything about the other person killing Biig_Sad with the gun after that moment. The rules aren't always absolute and I will be working on changing them to make them more clear but it does state "Examples of RDM: Popcorn/KFC rdm, Pushing off buildings and causing immediate death, shooting innocents, and more."
The "and more" can refer to attempted RDM, but if you would like me to get more technical about the rules, what phan did was classified under the rules as murder bait. The rules state "Murder baiting is lying to make it appear that you are the murderer in order to cause RDM. The person who kills the baiter will not be punished, only the baiter will," and while kill binding isn't the same as saying a lie, it did make Biig_Sad look like he murdered Phan. 

The fight you are fighting is for the wrong reasons and it is really just to defend your friend from being banned permanently, even if other staff and I have given more than enough chances to fix the rule-breaking behaviors.

 I have not spoken on this thread because it seemed alot of people were speaking with emotions and not rational logic. I also wanted to be neutral here, since its true that I am friends with levi. 

That being said, to phantom, fluxxy, I did not agree to being consistently ARDM for a whole map, especially after I was told to "leave this server this is [our] server". That didnt seem very friendly to me. as such, I reported the consistent ARDM and the map to lost leviathan.

In terms of pushing Phantom off the bridge, I thought it was really funny and didnt think it through tbh. I honestly expected phantom to airstrafe in a circle back onto the bridge, so thats genuinely my bad tbh.

I do think that some of the arguments made by the initial post are not in good faith but thats neither here nor there, and not really worth going into.

I watched the video TWICE and at no point did I attempt to RDM you or anyone else. Pushing is a different thing and I pushed you maybe 2-3 times and you said nothing about it. Please provide the proof. Me saying "this is our server" is a running joke between me and my friends because we were the only playing it for a long time. I'd say the same thing if another regulars I knew joined. It means nothing and will never be any more then an inside joke  All that extra stuff at the bottom is not needed either.

At this point, the discussion has gone far beyond just addressing a specific incident and has turned into an attempt to frame Levi in the worst possible light, regardless of what he has already acknowledged, corrected, or proposed moving forward. A lot of what’s being said relies heavily on selective interpretation, assumptions about intent, and revisiting past situations without properly contextualizing them.

To start with the most important point: Levi has already taken responsibility where it was appropriate. He admitted that he acted too quickly when issuing bans, acknowledged that he misinterpreted parts of the evidence, and then reversed those punishments accordingly. That is not something someone does if they are trying to abuse power or act in bad faith. In fact, it’s the exact opposite. It shows a willingness to self-correct, which is one of the most important qualities in any staff member. Calling that “saving face” ignores the reality that he could have just as easily doubled down, justified his actions, or ignored the situation entirely.
