Theres nothing wrong with saying what you think about a fucking situation, there seems to be a lot of people who think anyone’s opinion that’s not the same as theirs is automatically toxic or negative.(Evident to -1’s to whoever doesn’t agree with y’all) Like you’re dumb as fuck lmao. Too many soft individuals nowadays who can’t sit and listen, immediately if you don’t feel the same you are labeled as “toxic” just because you can’t respect what another human being is saying to you. can we just all make up and be a community again. All this fighting makes me sad to see a server I come to for enjoyment and to escape my problems of my life. For gods sake people its a simple fix MORE COMNACATIN. add a fucking change log or for fucks sake let some other staff members vote on bans or apps. because we sure as hell need some some communication this server makes me happy to play but right now I dont know how to feal im back to trying to escape my life from inside a game so for fucks sake all of  you stop adding fire to a fucking forest

I think TTT adding a changelog would be great.
PH's is public for everyone and it helps some with the transparency and if anythings actually being done.

Daegan doesn't have bad ideas this is where i started out at when i first got admin on ph.
It just takes a lot of work and people willing to put in the work.

Brainstorming and suggestions is absolutely the place to start. When PH had no admin after traitor stepped down the majority of us spent many times talking about what we wanted to change and fix, and when one of us got it, that we would be more open than things had previously been. I want to encourage TTT to do the same. You cannot fix things in the community including this kind of toxicity without at least being on the same level as your staff.
This is why relations in PH are well. Many of PH hasn't commented or thrown input because they know how Fish and I work, and we keep communication level and equal. If we do something they know it's for good reason, and if they don't agree, we all sit and discuss it so all sides are seen. Rarely have we had to put our foot down on things and tell people to back off on topics.
(Very similar to the post you'll be seeing in the next day or two, we've almost finished typing it up, it's going to be long, sorry.)
Doing this, is the key to things working out in the future and improving.

That's exactly what I did as a staff member and as a Donor. 

You know what would help TTT? Actually interacting with the community that the admins volunteered to help out when they first became staff. Playing for 5 minutes every day doesn't count for shit. In fact, at that point it's apparent that you just don't care enough to engage with the community. 

Now I understand that you all have lives and don't have the free time that other people do. Trust me, I get it. But that doesn't excuse you from being a complete ghost to the community that you're supposed to be staffing. I find it very hard to believe that some of you have absolutely no time to get on. Nuru is most likely the busiest out of ALL the admins, and she still finds time to get on PH, or respond to us on the forums. 

tl;dr please fucking fix your priorities ttt admins, it doesn't matter to me anymore but it matters to the rest of the community that you've now completely shattered with this decision.

Tdawg was unbanned if you look at his appeal it also says there is a master post of everything coming soon. Just dont forget the admins are people too and have things irl outside of the servers.
