I agree this person is definitely a troller/harasser, but did he get to the point of justifying a ban?

I think that when you put together several staff/ players having issues at different times with plenty of warnings, yes. I'm not talking perm but definitely a short ban to show that behaviour like that is not ok. Just my opinion, also Starling has just become staff so the fact that he was not kicked may be more of a training issue rather than anything else.

Counter argument, there was more than just Starling dealing with this player with varying lengths of experience all knowing what the player had done before they joined up and started gathering video and screenshots. I'm not saying he is going to get off the hook fully but I am going to start cracking down on stuff like this. It is becoming too common in ban requests.
