There hasn't been, that I recall, many times we've played together. I actually thought you were higher ranking staff...I never realized that you were not, so if it seemed that I back off while you were on, that's why and I apologize.
As for the bortio incident that was not me who was on with you when that happened. I actually was out of town visiting family at the time. The streaming for help has me confused? Possum and I were watching a hacker one time trying to get ss evidence and stuff once but I'm pretty sure that was the only time we've done that.
Responses in read to keep it easier on the eyes, the streaming was relating to the bortio incident so pay 0 attention if that wasnt you. Super donor/donor - on ph is not staff for anyone else reading future wise. Oops xD

In no way was I trying to be negative about his response or the criticism. I'm not trying to make excuses, only explain why I may not be responsive or tabbed away. If you have some advice on how to be more present in the game I will gladly take it. I like to get the ban requests out of the way before I get off or I will stress about it in the back of my mind. It's how I've been doing them since I was a donor and it's just how my brain works out tasks, lol, it just simplifies the list of things for me.

I respect both your and triangle's perspectives as longtime staff members. Can you help me understand what's lazy about the route I'm taking? Anything I'm currently doing wrong, I'm happy to improve.

For sure did not mean you were being negative with your response or anything, just pointing out and clarifying more on what he meant because it didn't seem well grasped. As for advice, the best thing is time. With time comes experience. On top of that telling peoplre you're tabbing out, afk, or brb, whatever it takes, helps a ton to let donors or other staff know when you're not there watching. Whether it be a fast pm to a donor you trust to watch things while you tab or another member in admin chat, both work fine! Same goes for ban requests. If you're going to do those midgame, let someone know so things are being watched. The waiting until game is done was just my suggestion/opinion because I myself prefer people to be present in game when things are going on and a ban request is highly distracting even if it's fast and simple.
As for the lazy route thing; this leads back to the passing things off. It can come off in a way that you're going up to a rank high enough to temporarily get issues/problematic people out of the way and that's it. You don't care to progress and help further than that and that's another reason my vote came the way it did. I just really think more time is the best thing for you rn.
