Also, +1 for a strike or removal since this guy thinks he can skirt around the rules with donor powers.

I remember saying something like this before, it would be helpful to force the guidelines to new donors when they first purchase, maybe having to read it before purchasing donor? It would also be helpful for a special message that only donors can see in chat that link you to the guidelines, or offer a command to read it. You can already do !donor, why not !donorguidelines or !dg, something like that so these guys can actually read it and not speedrun supporter.
