He didnt slur though. I was there for his warn, he literally copy pasted someones sentence with “monkey” in it which could be argued to be removed. Mic spam also appears to be his first of the kind so I dont see why everyone is jumping the gun.

Can we not argue? That’s not a question that’s a demand. Keep this to +1 or -1 in terms of punishment rather than going back and forth about who is more right than the other or I’ll just lock this and leave it up to admin discretion.

You're right I do. It was just mic spamming but that just doesn't seem bannable. Kaptain's warn is for saying "monkey" referring to what someone else had already said.

It's commonly used as an insult specifically against people of color, thus it can easily be determined as racist depending on context of which it was used.

For this specific accusation, I'd love to see evidence on how it was said on server and why it was determined to be racist.
