After thorough discussion amongst the admins, at this time we are denying your promotion to a moderator. We fully believe that you are more than capable of doing the role (since you've literally been it before) but, it's not the right time to give those responsibilities back to you. A few reasons we are withholding this is due in part to your judgment in exercising punishments. We, along with other staff and community members, have noticed that you will regularly jump the gun to enforce the rules more strictly than needed. As a moderator, you are a pillar of the community and as such, need good judgment when handling situations on the server. This is something we know is easily addressable and as such we expect to see an improvement the next time around.
