Staff was aware of the cheater before the round started. Nimble even did !fspec on cryptic to try and get him to watch.

Evidence was gathered beforehand, no ban request was needed since cryptic banned the cheater, and @dero  explained himself to Nimble Jack right after he did it and he still kicked him seconds later. Verbal warning was given, and I know for a fact the first offense of "Donor abuse" isn't immediately a kick.

It isn’t. If this is dero’s first instance of donor abuse, he should have been given a verbal and an awarn, not a kick.
