Reason to Ban:
I have been unreasonably insulted and harassed practically every time I am online with Shaye. Every single one of these circumstances has been uninstigated by me and all I have been doing has been playing the game and following rules. Sometimes Shaye does not like this, and takes to my PM's to insult me, telling me that nobody likes me, everyone hates me, that I'm "cringe", that I'm a "fun killer", I'm a pussy, etc. On multiple occasions they have insulted me for simply asking them to stop insulting me.
2 big scenarios for context are as follows.
About 2 days ago, we were playing on multiple maps while Shaye and their group of friends were online, and in each exhibited very teaming-like behavior; at the very least, they simply ignored when another was holding a T weapon (which is not necessarily teaming, i know). I will not be expanding upon the technicalities of it because of a lack of substantial evidence and it is not a part of my ban reason; it's simply to show some context.
In one of these rounds, on ttt_cruise, Shaye defibrillated someone in front of at least 10 people, so I killed them because they were not proven. I then dropped their corpse off the side of the ship (into a kill trigger) to prevent them from being defibrillated. Shaye immediately DM's me, calling me a "fun killer", stating "no wonder why nobody likes you". I then die and they say in voice chat, "this lance guy is so cringe, why are you talking"; it's unclear if they intended for me to hear them or not.
Shaye and their friends were also singing at the time, and this became an issue so staff had asked them to stop after the round was over. Shaye then spammed a bind to push their request out of the chat. Later on, however, it was ruled that users who didn't want to hear the singing should locally mute for just that map.
Today, on ttt_island_whatever, I was standing inside the rim of that one drainage cover (proof will show what I mean), and Shaye pm's me, saying that they "think" it is map exploiting, and that Murl (a Trusted) was saying not to, both of which were false (I got confirmation from actual mods, not just trusteds, after the fact that this was allowed and not an exploit). In these PM's they threaten to make a report on the forums about me. I follow up saying "na" and "i can literally be shot and seen", Shaye denies this, and I even prove that both can be done by shooting bullets into the far wall. The round even ended with someone, you guessed- seeing me, shooting me, and killing me through the bars.
The round after we were having a debate in voice chat about whether what I did was allowed or not, with multiple users, I believe including Shaye, saying it was "specifically listed in the MOTD" (it is not). Murl told me that regardless, people were getting pissed off about it. I responded by saying that "people were getting pissed off at me last round", and I didn't even name drop anyone. Shaye responded saying something along the lines of "yeah well you were holding up the round and it was pissing me off", and I, fed up, responded that they had done the very same thing on cruise. They then proceed to bring up how I was the only person who had a problem with the "teaming" (not true), saying "25 people and you were the only one that was salty you little fucking pussy". I say this isn't true, and they follow up with, "there was 3 of you, I saw the video", which was a very interesting thing to say because I have never posted nor been aware of any video, so it makes me think they are inside some kind of group where they slander members and talk bad about them.
This would make a lot of sense because there have been some coincidental RDM cases I've been a victim of from some of the people who are friends with Shaye, people who are at least Regular and know the rules well, and these people have been hostile with me despite barely interacting with me.
I truly believe I have never done anything to deserve any of this constant harassment and distaste from others. I literally got back into this community just a few weeks ago and this (so far?) has been the worst altercations I've been involved in, especially because of how much influence this user has had over others. I couldn't have possibly done anything to deserve this in such a short timespan?
I'd also like to add that I've seen this user giving mods a hard time, especially test mods, and ranting about how terrible of a community Dink's is. While I did not document this (it happened before I found Shaye to be a problem), I believe multiple staff members can vouch for this as well.
This needs to stop. I am not necessarily asking for a ban but rather something that can be done to put an end to this toxicity. I have held back many times in posting this because I thought maybe I was the problem, or it was just a one-off situation, but this has been a repetitive thing every time Shaye is online with me.
