all staff inactive for 3+ months without prior notice/heads up that they'll be gone should be demoted due to inactivity

i don't really see why we wouldn't demote them, besides it being a bit of work for the staff team/dink etc. i think it's wack that all these ppl can come back after how long and some still have ban powers etc, which can result in situations which are controversial for the community. if i have to volunteer to remove these ppl ranks or filter through who is still active/inactive it is something i can do

this is something that has been brought up multiple times over the year since i've been back, i cant imagine how many times its been brought up before then, i think its time to maybe actually do something about it

Considering that Murder has had not one but two inactive staff members come back and abuse their ranks this year, maybe this should be reconsidered. But idk.

This is also the only community I've ever been in that doesn't demote inactive staff.

weve done this before and it caused problems. well one problem mainly: dtmods. its really hard to tell who bought their rank and when we domoted for activity a few years ago a bunch of tmods/mods complained because they spent 40 bucks on their rank. idrc about trusted lol
