Other: I had hoped after my last report things were starting to change. It seemed the community was receptive to what I said and the harassment I face would be taken more seriously. This incident has me worrying that I was wrong. If someone can tell me to "download tinder and get a cock down (my) throat already" but I am the one who ends up being punished, then I'm not sure anything has actually changed.

Damn. Very disappointing to see. Really sad to see that we can't just all treat everyone with respect and not harass people. And the person being harassed gets softbanned. I think something needs to happen this time around. Because some of y'all are not keeping the community safer with your powers and are giving the people doing the harassing more control.

Also Dan shame on you for stooping this low. I thought you were better than this but clearly not. Like super bummed that you would say something like that.

Clarifying that this is in response to Dan's comment:  Someone telling you to "go download tinder and get a cock down ur throat already" is just sexual harassment. It's not even funny.  That's a comment worthy of a strike imo. That shouldn't be something that is overlooked just because it can be seen as being an off-hand comment or "gamer talk" or some other silly excuse for it. That's just not ok to say. In general and I've said it before, we need to do a better job at handling harassment and recognizing what is harassment. 

From the looks of the added context, I do think there was instigating on your end as well and that strike was warranted too imo. Foxka was right to strike you for that. Both things can be true. But that doesn't discount that instance of harassment either. But that was striken after the fact but it *SHOULD HAVE* been striken at the time rather than just the immediate response after that, which was the gif (that I removed from this initial post since that’s not the point here and just something that can be done better later/foxka could be talked to about that). I think that response comes off the wrong way. Dan’s comment could’ve been handled better at the time though

If you review the attached file (provided by a staff member) you will see that he called me a retard unprompted. I am assuming you refer to me telling him to stop being an asshole as me "insulting him first," but I had not spoken to Dan in Discord at all today prior to his comment towards me.

This is a straight up lie, Dan said to you because you kept trying to fight with me despite repeated attempts at making you go away, appropriate or not, and unfortunately for you I saved my receipts. Your warn reason was correct and just because you got warned doesn't mean that Dan didn't either. Wait for Foxka before making assumptions.
My Proof you are guilty of instigating arguments. If anything I argue you should be banned for repeatedly goating people into fights they don't want to have. You started it, deal with it.
For context I did not include Dan's post as I thought it was a bit too much, not saying the warn is unjustified, just giving full complete context so this doesn't get spun in the self righteous crowd.

For starters, the evidence she provided isn't her intentionally hiding anything. I pieced together the relevant conversation using the bot's deleted messages log and didn't include the comments made before this happened because I didn't realize there were any. I updated the log with relevant messages. this doesn't include killah's einstein comment.

I think that dan's comment only receiving a reaction gif was incredibly negligent, though I also agree that the instigating strike is warranted. I didn't help you get this evidence to appeal the strike, and definitely wasn't expecting you to do so with only evidence of dan's comment being ignored.

For the sake of the report, I'll admit that I was the one who gave Dan the strike.
