I will respond to this later after school, but I will say that I had issued a verbal "chill out" message which was ignored as you continued to instigate arguments, which ilicited some responses that were pretty bad. Im not disagreeing with you that what Dan said was over the line and gross, I however did not decide to strike him because you had insulted him first and decided to let it slide, which looking back should have been striked as well. He has been striken by reina already after the fact. Anyways I'll give a more detailed response sometime soon after class, sorry for that.

If you review the attached file (provided by a staff member) you will see that he called me a retard unprompted. I am assuming you refer to me telling him to stop being an asshole as me "insulting him first," but I had not spoken to Dan in Discord at all today prior to his comment towards me.
