It is truly not that hard to understand that if you're constantly being told NOT to do something, you shouldn't do it if you don't want to be punished. Tiefling did verbally warn them in the chat this time as well, and then they were all properly warned for continuing to do so.

It is on them for not taking it seriously, this is an incredibly weird hill to die on. Simply do better and move on. :)

I was gagged by Tiefling for it on the previous map when 3 other people were doing it without punishment. No warnings of any kind, verbal or points, were given out during that.

It shouldn't take multiple warnings to quit doing something that you've already been verbally warned to stop several times in the past, they've all been given multiple chances to do better, they just haven't. The verbal warning that Tiefling gave was 5 minutes before they were warned for it, they chose not to stop. They had the chance to, they were given time to stop. They did not.

Yea, you had been gagged in the previous map. Regardless if you were involved in this specific incident or not, you were punished by being gagged for doing the exact same thing this situation is about just a short bit prior, which should signal to the other players that were actually involved in this incident to you know.. not do that? It's truly not rocket science.

Except a gag is not a warn. It does not signal anything on its own except to the person who was gagged. In fact, gags are given out as jokes half the time on this server.
