I was taught this method by @lacer but I'm pretty sure this method was a communal effort from countless people that's been used on multiple servers like AHG (After Hours Gaming) so thank you to everyone involved in finding this method for finding it so I can have fun bhopping on TTT!
Now, first things first you want 2 (optionally 3) binds set up.
First things first is the fps binds which would be as follows:
"fps_max 33.3" and "fps_max 0" or "fps_max [whatever fps you're comfortable as your max]"
This is the optional bind, you can bhop with spacebar but it's much easier with scrollwheel.* This bind you're potentially gonna have is a jump bind to your scrollwheel. You do this with "bind mwheelup +jump" or "bind mwheeldown +jump" or both at once for if you want to just spam your scroll wheel and ruin your index finger. I personally have been using mwheelup since it's what I started with.
Now you're ready to bhop! I'll teach you how to get easy bhop starts. This method works really effortlessly on maps with flat grounds so innomotel and casino and maps like that would help.
A good way to practice is you want to start W hopping with 33.3 fps. This involves holding W and D or A Respectively while also moving your mouse in the direction of A or D in a circle of sorts. Then you want to keep moving in that direction before moving straight and start strafing. Strafing is basically the same with W hopping but you move your mouse with your inputs of A and D without holding W. You never want to hold or press W when normally bhopping straight. Once you get your movements timed with your jumps you'll be hitting 1000 Velocity like it's nothing!
