 i only had killed two people i was going to put it into the water until hakeems ran into me and died causing me to be killed and making the sword land on the stairs

I'm actually going to +1 this appeal personally.

There isn't a whole lot of pre-existing guidelines regarding liability of the sword once it has left the control of the wielder. You were blatantly RDMing for the first two kills, that much is certain. However, you did not control the sword post mortem, and as such I don't believe the same liability would apply for those kills after your death as it would if you were blatantly swinging around as you can't control who steps on the sword or not. It'd be different if you buried the sword under bodies and laid it as a trap, but this isn't what happened. I think until those types of guidelines are set in stone (at the very least public in either the rules or staff guidelines), it's not fair to enforce bans on them. I've expanded on this a bit more on the staff side, but this is just the public response.

That being said Sweepy, if you do happen to make it out of this ban, you are going to be on the thinnest sheet of ice. Your actions (both those I've witnessed, as well as others I've heard about through other staff) are those of a troll/minge. You aren't going to be getting any second chances from myself or others most likely. Keep your behavior in check, it really isn't that hard.

I don’t get how him getting killed and people falling on the sword after that makes it his fault. I don’t think I would ever count that. Unless he specifically planned his death to drop the sword in a specific spot to kill people and even then I would probably not really count it. It’s a prop on the ground it’s like walking into a saw mill and going “wah my body was split in half arrest whoever was cutting logs!”
