What do you plan to do as a TTT Admin? What is restricting you from accomplishing this as a Mod?:
Obviously I plan to continue to edit maps for the community (see my workshop items), but I would also potentially attempt to work on T/D weapon editing to fix some issues such as the detective playercam freezing often and hopefully making some other things more user friendly, such as redoing the tips system to be customizable clientside. This role would also make it easier for me to implement suggestions since I would likely be able to deploy stuff to the test server without having to go through someone else.

How can you help the community beyond TTT as an Admin?:
I believe that my perspectives could be beneficial in community decisions especially as someone who is somewhat new in the community. Evidence is important to me in pretty much every decision I need to make. I also have experience with this kind of thing, having run the community side of things in a couple of large discord servers over the years (sizes of 7.5k and 110k members)

What made you decide to apply?:
I’ve wanted to apply for a hot minute. Ryan has shown that the TTT admin team can work with 4 people so why not give it a go? Plus I would benefit from being able to test stuff immediately on the test server rather than waiting for Chibill to add things for me :3

Ryan told me to apply around 550 instead of 600 so even though I don’t meet that requirement it shouldn’t lead to insta denial.

Admin? More like Badmin! (absolutely fuckin kidding. if you don't make Virunas an admin, I got a lot of words for you and none of them are kind)

I can not express clearly enough that Virunas should be in this role. I was in a discord call with Ryan immediately after his resignation from the TTT side of things and expressed that my "ideal" staff structure for the future of the structure was TDawg and Virunas as TTT Admins, him and Bunniey as Web Admins, and I absolutely neglected to discuss anything about the discord because honestly I wish they would delete it and we could go about scheduling events on skype and hanging out there. Or maybe Teamspeak? Either way we should kill discord and revive forums.

On a 100% serious note, no laughs at all- multiple people have commented on my staff apps talking about my ability as staff. I mean this wholeheartedly; I would not be where I was in my staffing journey without Virunas. Any time I have a question, concern, or update, no matter how silly or hypothetical, she is there to give me her interpretation and opinion. Whether it is issues in this community, or in others- Virunas is acutely aware of what is going on in the Gmod community due to her extensive experience in the game mode with the size of the communities she has helped to run.

I genuinely hope to see this application approved. It is what is best for the server AND the community. Virunas is active in both and even if you don't realize it, the TTT experience that you have is partially due to changes she has effected on many of our maps. At the risk of REALLY brown-nosing- Virunas. Thank you for what you do. I can't imagine another person more deserving of a promotion to this role than you.

+1, dev experience is great on the admin team and in terms of community staffing I get the impression she’ll do the work well but remain levelheaded and effective in doing so.

only +1 if you have actual experience and ability to make dev changes. I don't think this server needs any more non dev admins

I agree with stoked that more dev side work is needed, and that tief/tdawg cover the logistical administration side well.
Of course all admins cover that area, but any additional entries should probably have a development contribution.
Unfortunately there's only so much you can do without Dink, but seems he's been more responsive than during my time.

+1 Virunas checks all the boxes. Approachable, good at handling conflict, fixes maps for the server, dedicated, etc. No doubts here

Virunas has been a model staff member in her tenure, but of course it’s always fantastic to see some representation on the dev side of things. The admin team seems like they need some help up there :)
