It wasn't even exploiting, I was on the third row. The top row isnt exploiting either if they can see and kill me I was told by the admins it isnt exploiting. Also, since when was exploiting even slayable!?!?? he slayed me the next round.

I warned you previously, on the same map mind you, in fact, it was the round directly before you decided to break the rules once more. I warned you twice about map exploiting then, yet you decided to push the envelope once again, and exploit the map. After you protested the slay, I asked you to take it to the forums where a lengthier discussion could occur, which could involve other staff members and their input.

I'm a little confused as to why someone would choose to go to a nearly unreachable spot once again, after being warned just prior by a staff member that such behavior would not be tolerated. Perhaps you could explain such vehement disregard for the rules?

Perhaps that spot might be visible to some, more experienced players, but how would a guest or traitor without a radar have any idea to look up there? Even after I added the slay, and was considering taking it off if you moved, you chose to stay up in that unreachable spot, rather than move down to the normal areas of the map.

The previous spot you had chosen before this round in question was entirely unreachable, by bullets or any other player.

I, as well as other players, greatly love the casino map, and thanks to behavior of people like you, it will likely be removed or modified for the worse. Please do not glitch maps.

5. Do Not Exploit, Hack, Metagame or Otherwise Avoid the Game's Intended Limits

This includes ghosting, metagaming, hacking, and exploiting maps. Ghosting includes sharing information with someone who would not otherwise know it, including staff. Do not try to escape the map bounds or exploit map bugs that provide an unfair advantage to gameplay. Do not team, which is aiding people you know are not on your team. Do not put your client to 3rd person mode. Do not intentionally crash the server. Do not abuse console commands to exploit the way ingame items work. An exception to the metagaming rule is that you may use the number of remaining living players to deduce the number of living traitors, but only once the game has reached a point where there are so few traitors or players remaining that you cannot be wrong.

1. Unfair advantage - you have to look straight up with either a sniper or submachine gun to kill someone up there. 

2. Additionally, the person at the top (you) would be able to see anyone before they saw you. 

3. Next, a guest who is unfamiliar with the map may not know to look there. 

4. Next, a traitor without a radar will not know to look in a part of the map that is unreachable. 

5. Finally, it is exploitation of a map bug. There is obviously no ladder up to that spot, it is not intended to be reached by normal players. You obviously knew this.

I warned you in chat, then I warned you by adding a slay to you that I took off the first time. That is two warnings, the requisite amount. I warned you once more by adding the slay the last time, with the intention to remove if you actually moved, however you did not, thus the slay remained. Thus, I gave you three warnings actually. 

Pretty generous of the Prince to not put in a ban request for you for blatant map exploitation and ignoring of staff requests.

First and foremost before we get into the logistics of whether or not the spot is considered "oob / rule breaking"

If any staff member says that a spot is not acceptable you are not to go back there.
You are not to undermine their decision ON THE SERVER.

You can bring it to the forums later but for the time being that staff members words are law.
Debate it and argue it here. But if you return to the same spot before a ruling by a higher staff member is acquired expect fierce rule enforcement.

With that said

I don't believe that Nicky was properly equipped with the correct commands to handle this issue unfortunately.

Personally I probably would have probably kicked you with a warning that next time is a ban.
Defying instructions from me not to do something right after being told not to is total insubordination and is not tolerated. I could understand if i saw you do it a week later, perhaps you forgot, you get another warning. However being insubordinate is breaking an entirely different rule in itself. This server calls that "trolling" and you can expect a separate and ADDITIONAL punishment for that alone.

The purpose of warnings it to help you in case you slip up not for intentional defiance.

If kody was on the server and you defied his instructions 2 times in the same map, to not to do something, this would have been an unban request. He sure doesn't fuck around. You would have been crying to me to get you out of this.

I don't believe Nicky has the ability to teleport because he is only a donor.
It really should have been a kick not a slay.

I would say execution of this was wrong. Slays are for RDM kicks are for when people don't follow direction.
Either way a round was lost. I would be a little more humble about it, eat the slay, dispute the spot in another post and if admins side with you, corrective action would be made to the people who told you not to go there.

If you want to bring up the spot in question please make a post detailing it perhaps add screenshots.
if you want use paint and draw arrows to the exact spot.

I just looked at the screen shot
For the record dink removed this map from rotation at one point because it was collectively considered that this spot was OOB.

Personally I disagree based on other maps, that's like being on the unreachable buildings on terror town and I'm willing to fight about it.
Unless they want to enforce the rule on both maps because i feel like this is a double standard.

If this were MY server i would say that OOB/ illegal spots are any spot that you could not hurt someone with the most basic weapon, the crowbar, without a jet pack.

But right now as it stands that is not an acceptable spot to be on this map.

Well brick has been told MULTIPLE times about getting to server defined exploit spots and to not do it.


Locked, in the future avoid issuing slays for non rdm incidents unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary.

Just gonna throw my 2 cents in, you can see through the balcony directly under you, therefore it is an exploit because you can see through a part of the map.
