[Learner Senpai]

Hello this is LearnerSenpai, one of the test mods currently playing in the TTT server. We had a recent Mass RDM that I feel like needs to be addressed soon due to a possible threat of coming back on later tonight and doing it again. I already Slayed him for multiple rounds to try and combat this but I need someone with actual admin perms to ban him for good so he doesn't do this again.
