You've been very helpful late night/early morning responding when someone asks for help on the server. I do agree with Mid in that sometimes you don't pay attention or tab out when things are hectic, and things get missed, but thats something that can be resolved easily. Overall though, I think you would be able to manage moderator well so +1.

I'll +1 him he's helpful when he hops on when we need help as for the tabbing out thing thats an easy thing to fix/work on.
