The problem with this is that it only shows two screenshots with only one using an offensive term. Even though it does appear that he was gagged at one point, doing a permaban off of two screenshots is difficult. The individual will be watched out for in the future for any further offenses. Sorry, but due to lack of evidence I cannot ban this person.
