I have this problem too.  I am a Master rank but for some reason I don't have enough play time one the server to reach member rank.  How do I fix this?

It was previously stated earlier in this thread by others. Your best hope is to contact Prince La Flama Blanca (the PH admin) on the Discord and see if you two can figure out a time to both be on at the same time so that there would be a possibility to correct your game time.

Like Fish said and we also have a GameTracker where you can search your name and either get an exact amount of time or a rough estimate of your time to get it reset.
