Other: I had encountered these guys today and had made a forceswap, I had noticed they already have been and had a few videos recorded. These two didnn't even seem to care that they were ghsoting, even said they like cheating. Also their other friend didn't join them this time.

From what I saw they are def ghosting, however there isn't enough for a ban imo
also here is tip please keep tabbing / the ULX menu to a minimum as it can cover up kills
I also asked pikachu if he had anymore evidence on these two he doesn't.
