Reason for admins to unban: Attending members of the establishment, I contest this decision based on the principals of double jeopardy. Some context:
Late Saturday eve, or early Sunday morn, I had besot my previous pledge to cease the crossing of slurs from betwixt mine lips. The attending moderators were Ethan, a staff member of Equal rank to Battons, and .ceebeast. I decided through my own will to renege on my word and allowed a single utterance to escape me, for which I was gagged for no less than the entirety of the remaining round, and then promptly ungagged. By all means, a judgement rendered, punishment met, and punishment ended by the junior staff member .ceebeast with no quarrel from the attending senior Ethan. Then, approximately seven hours later, the moderator Battons, presumably presented with the evidence of my folly, decided of his own accord that the decisions made by the attending staff were inadequate, and made the decision to draft a ban which fell under the jurisdiction of a moderator of equal rank and dispense consequences pulled from the annals of his own judgement, and gave an additional punishment after judgement and decision had already been rendered. This, I declare, is a wicked and dismal abuse of the Dinkleberg's justice system, a decision made over the judgements of attending staff and punishments deemed satisfactory enough for the attending moderator to take no further disciplinary action in game by a staff member who was absent from the session. This was not evidence compiled into a formal ban request, nor was it a decision made within the offending session as is per standard protocol; I consider this a cruel and unusual punishment to a moment of weakness in a pact otherwise firmly held.
Have I not held by the terms of my agreement up until now? Have I Not been already been judged by the presiding admin and a majority of his staff attachment to be of inadequate character for my concerns and dedication to be formally enshrined as a staff member myself? Have I not pursued the legal and just way to make my case heard, following the rules this time as per the demands of my wardens? I admit, I found my will lacking in a moment of weakness, a single, solitary moment during a period through which I have spoken no single slur in stark contrast to the sheer volume which I had previously admitted to and been banned for. I attempted to do things right this time, only to have the powers which determine the course of the legislation to ignore me outright, and the officials who serve as their instruments of will deride, belittle and insult my honest attempts at systemic change, excepting a few willing at very least to discuss the matter.
Is this not an extralegal imposition from a character who has quarreled with me before? Had I not already been dispensed justice from a team of two staff members who found the round gag punishment enough to not enact further castigation that session? Have I not been straight with you, followed your rules and criticisms of prior infractions, avoided hostility with the staff members and turned my slur jar fallow up until this solitary point?
I attempted peace. I attempted to work with you, rather than against you. I tried to keep to my word, and in my moment of weakness I am CAST OUT from the friendships and bondages which I had developed and nurtured so pleasantly.
I paid my pound of flesh, and still my bloated stinking carcass is trod and devoured.

I've neglected to verbally speak a single slur in all my time on Dinkleberg's TTT gmod server, yet you find it difficult not to say it once.
You've been offered probation and you violated it. Why should we give you any other chances? Skip the high minded bullshit too; speak clear and frankly. Why should we let you try again.

Kind of funny how your appeals and what not are more to showcase some sort of "intellectual properties" and to put on a show, whereas your approaches in-game and elsewhere are nothing short of someone lacking those said properties. You've been given too many chances to begin with, so I'm a hard -1. You'll just continue to troll and be a nuisance. No need to waste the staff's time by saying "oh if he does it again just ban ez," shouldn't apply in this case.

As someone with several of the highest word count posts on the forums this looks more like an attempt to fluff a school essay than provide useful content. I’m really not sure if you naturally have all of the vocabulary presented yet still act out or if you are spending a ton of time just to make the thread wordy.

I decided to ban you because Ethan had approached the mod team asking for our advice. He did not ban at the time because he did not fully understand your situation or the severity of your next fuck up. I read through our guidelines your previous bans your warnings and all evidence presented to me before making the decision to ban you for violation of your probationary period. I have zero tolerance for racism of any kind here and you were given ample warning one more time would be your last. -1 unban and appeal.

Contrary to the situation as you are trying to paint it, mr. shitter, there was no lapse of ordinance by the staff team. You broke the parole that was well acknowledged by and to which you agreed to, and you were met with the applicable punishment. This was not an occurrence of "double jeopardy" as you so plead, rather you were placed under gag as per standard staff guidelines, to which the violation of your parole was presented to the staffing jurisdiction and the conditions you agreed to were upheld. No ban request was needed as your crimes were recorded in broad daylight, with no necessary "request" of action needed. You knew what terms you swore to following your unban, and you broke them. The courts nor the citizens of Dinklebergs do not deserve to hear your whims of folly any longer, and I believe any following unban requests made by you will be futile to your persistent tendencies of rule breaking. While I do believe you showed a slight change of heart following your initial unban, it is clear you have a very long time to go until you completely abandon your actions of incessantly using slurs on the server. The terms you agreed to were no slurs under any circumstance, and if you truly valued the connections you had on the server then you would have abstained from your wrongdoings completely. I do not think you should be given opportunity to appeal for a very long time. -1
