Reason For Ban: Went over limit of points for using derogatory and toxic language towards others within a couple week period. And recently (sometime last year) - Ban Evading.

Length of Ban: Perma

Reason for Admins to unban: It has been 2 years since my rightful ban from the server, over these past two years I have grown and learned a lot, including how childish and toxic the language I used was. I have moved on from talking to people and referring to others using harmful language, especially more touchier and harsh subjects. I would love to be given a chance to prove this, a chance through legitimate means and not one from attempting to ban evade. If I am not unbanned I fully respect and understand the reasoning for not trusting my word but I please ask again to consider the growth someone can have in a 6 month time span, let alone my 2 years. Thank you and I hope to be welcomed back into the Dinks community and will not squander the opportunity if allowed. Have a great day, hope to hear back. 

Other: I do not remember the individuals I was excessively toxic towards/directly hurt but if they are still in the community and remember my transgressions, and to anyone who I have hurt with my words passively I want to apologize to you for my excuseless behavior and regret everything I said.

+1 I got unbanned and WAY worse people have been unbanned. 2 years is a long time and I doubt many people even really remember word-for-word what you said. Plus, you were pretty young, and I was an edgy kid too, so probably you're more normalizing who you actually are.

+1 for unban, even if you did come back on an alt and got a ban for evading.

Not sure if that ban was instant, or took some time since I don't know how that works exactly.

If you came back on that alt attempting to play and didn't get banned/warned for anything besides the evade, shows to me a change in character. If it was an instant ban for coming back on an alt, and you didn't get any playtime then this point is moot.

Either way 2 years is a long time, I know I'm a different person than I was two years ago. Thanks for being honest about your past, takes an honest look inside yourself to realize you need to change.

I just want to remind you that the ban wasn't just for warn points or slurs best not to lie in a ban appeal. (You literally only have 1 slur warn back when they were only 4 points, you had 3 Pedophilia Joke warns.)

anyways, also, pedophilia jokes are usually just in good fun and I don't often see the need to ban people permanently for them. They're the kind of jokes that get told ad nauseum in most people's lives. I don't think personally they hold much weight in the category of "bad person or not".

Birddog, please just stop digging yourself a hole by commenting things like this on appeals for this sort of behavior while your currently sitting on a 3 day temp ban for over sexual conversation on the server. What you believe is aceptable vs what is accepted by the community differs.
