When: Last Night 3/22/26 And Continued behavior from Nearly 2 years ago.

Witnesses: Beside myself we have, Phantom(Vern the turtle on discord), Fluxx, L3 Eagle, and Mystical Elf Warrior...


This has been going on for years at this point, i brought it up once before with nothing ever being done... Others have brought up heir concerns with again nothing ever being done.. At the time it was the same group of people that had did it, that were staff etc... Im told that staff these days is quite different so i guess ill give this another try...

Yeasterday me and several others decided to get on murder, weve been playing on and off for about a month roughly.. As well as the PH server... Occasionally Big sad would join PH with us.. Yesterday he joined us in Murder... Ya know ok fair more the merrier and we were all actually getting along despite the past which i will post links to.... Me and the other have been Perma Banned from the server after not being on in almost 2 years, The second that levi joins the server... Not only when he joined the server did phantom try to be nice and say something like, look a admin... For Levi to respond to her calling her a Retard... Not only after we were banned, L3 Eagle was still on the server with nothing happening to him yet he did RDM Levi which im getting blamed for... He was still in the server listening to Levi to continue to call us all Retards to the Random that were playing.. Or maybe they were not randoms and that it was once again Alts coming on to fuck this us once again... Ya know id think after two years the shit in the past would be let go, that after awhile the rules broken by EVERYONE INVOLVED HERE INCULDING STAFF, We would all just start over with a fresh start but here i am, having to defend Me and my friends against this bullshit once more... I know People mentioned if i had video of him calling us a retard..  I do not, did not think after 2 years i would need to get on and record just to protect myself from this bullshit... I brought it up in the discord, Once again ill apologize for accidentally posting it in the PH channel and Continuing it even once i knew, Heat of the moment after Being Called a retard, and then Banned. So once again I apologize..
I tried to reach out to Big Sad to see if he was recording at all, never got a response, not sure i ever will(Oh well), Its not like he would post it anyway, and im sure as hell sure levi wont post him saying what he did either.. Hell the two were talking i discord anyway so id assume they were both in on this, just as they were last time.. I really dont think its just a coincidence that everytime these guys get on something like this happens.. While talking in discord Levi mentioned he had enough to ban us long ago, Then my question is... Why wait until now, nearly 2 years later to come on and do it, and not only do it, but only do it to ME, Phantom, and FLuxx they same people you tried to ban 2 years ago which was mind you false and got reversed as well.. If you had the evidence way back then why did we get unbanned then.. Oh thats right, because You, Norm, and August let much of that shit go, and much of the shit you and staff did as well.. So to even try to bring up stuff of the past to try and justify the punishments now is crazy... Even more so when the server has been DEAD for nearly 2 years since we left, So if you are using alts to come on and spy on us playing ONCE AGAIN, then thats just sad, it really fucking is..

This is all of what i could gather, Some other stuff i cant get a hold of anymore and stuff gets lost and Deleted over the years... Once again as i did not think id ever have to do this shit again....

Im not sure what i have to do, im not sure how much longer this kinda shit has to go on for and nothing being done.... For something to actually be fucking done about him... He has Been Homophobic towards Phantom, Made remarks about her being a Ex-Furry, And now calling people Retards, Which i dont have any video of, but the Screen Shot from the discord of him Saying Who cares when i say he was still calling us retards, then saying he has nothing to lose.. If that dont show targeting as well as proof of him saying it idk what will.. 
So I want Unbans for everyone that was, Me, Phantom, Fluxx.. If any rules were Broken here then proper punishment should be used.. I want Levi Banned from Murder(A admin should not act like he does), And i want him Community banned as a whole for the harassment thats continued after 2 years away. If anyone thinks that not even a month of being back and levi gets on for the first time in a year and a half(Stated by himself), calls us retards, and then the discord conversation and emojis is not Harassment idk what to tell you really i dont.. Something needs to be done about him.. Sad thing about all this is i used to be able to call all these Friends at one point in time..

That being said, if serious claims are being made — like Levi calling someone  “retards” — then there should be actual evidence provided. Accusations like that shouldn’t just be taken at face value.

I’m not here to start drama, but I do think things should be handled fairly and based on proof, not assumptions or past situations .Again I wasn't on murder yesterday neither I talked bigsad or Levi about this I'm just leaving my 2 cents.

And honestly I don't remember anything about the perma bans so I'm not gonna leave any comment on it.

Well if levi is handing out permabans, there should be actual evidence behind it so I'll wait for him to reply.

I'm not really surprised we have to do this again but here we go. What happened from my perspective last night as a good chunk of this happened between me and Levi. I get on Murder with Spider, L3 the Eagle and Fluxxy and we are just playing around as we always do I start streaming through Discord For Mystical Elf because she wanted to watch. So we are playing like we normally do on Minecraft village because it was just us and a few randoms who keep leaving and joining, then Big Sad joins and nothing really changes except for the map to MTT Resort. One round when I'm the murderer on MTT Resort, I get randomly pushed off the bridge by big sad. No real big deal I just bring it up as If i wasn't murderer he would have RDM'd me. Not the point, after the map changes it goes to Minecraft Village and All is good, we are playing like normal and by now more people have joined and  we started playing like we are supposed to, Calling out KOS on murderer's, no RDM, and it was pretty fun, At this point I was still streaming through Discord and the map switches to Minecraft Fissure. For the most part everything was fine, people were talking and playing then Levi joins the game and I say in the game voice chat "Is that an admin??" in a silly way, absolutely no malice or rude tone, and he blurts out "Shut up retard" and of course I'm going to respond to that because as an admin that is absolutely not okay and I ask him "what the hell dude? I greet you and you call me a retard? what's up with that? I have no hatred towards you despite our past". He then proceeds to mock exactly what I said so I stopped talking. At this point I'm pissed off because he attacked me for no reason whatsoever so I just sit back and ignore him and I notice My jump pack starting to fail so we ask Levi what's up, and he claims that's "I removed the jump pack a long time ago I just didn't remove it from peoples inventory". So, he came on to remove what only a few people had making few of the maps obsolete if you want to be to explore/hide from murderer. We start talking about how what he just did we completely kill an already dead and forgotten game for regulars and people who frequent the game (Literally me, Spider, Fluxxy, L3TheEagle, and Mystical) which to me seems like targeting. A little bit more time goes by and I watch L3 push levi and I believe it killed him, We all laugh in game voice chat because its funny. Levi then proceeds to struggle to open the admin menu for a few minutes and poof I see spider getting banned and then me right after. reasoning for "RDM". What I heard after I got banned is that Levi said "now that the retards are gone, we can play right"
This is utterly disgusting but I can't say I'm surprised, Levi has harassed and bullied me in the server for a number of years, whether it be calling me names to constantly repeating something i said 1 time for a number of months despite being told to stop a number of times. THIS HAS TO STOP It started with Nullify spying on me through an alt account on murder. Levi is a bully and he's been proven to be quite toxic at times yet absolutely NOTHING has happened in terms of punishment but a slap on the wrist. I hadn't done anything to be banned but tell him what hews doing as an admin isn't going to revive the game. I hadn't rdm'd anyone.
When this issue got taken to the discord, levi's only response "I have nothing to lose" and reacting with emojis. Totally immature and NOT someone I believe belongs in this community. His past behaviors prove it. And no I don'tnt have video evidence. I got rid of all software when i stopped playing this game. Playing with staff made me feel like I  had to record every single second of every game. I don't play gmod like i used too.

hello I usually don't make posts on here but last night me, Phantom(Vern the turtle on discord) StrenuousSpider, L3 Eagle, and Mystical Elf Warrior... were playing murder like normally some randoms joined followed by Big Sad hey more players to play with no issues at all until Levi aka Lost_Leviathan joined was already aggressive towards my friends especially towards Phantom all because she say hey it's a a admin and Lost_Leviathan proceeds to call her a Retard for what? she wasn't being rude at all yet he felt the need to call her that what do you gain from that and after we got banned he proceeds to calls us Retards to L3 and the randoms in the server what kind behavior is that from an Admin?. 

I'm gonna be honest this on Going Harassment and targeting has been happening for two God Damn years why? it's always the Three same people Lost_Leviathan, NormMinder and Big Sad and I'm still bringing up the fact how these made alt accounts to STALK me and my friend so "they can monitor our toxic behavior" which from my knowledge my friends and I don't bother randoms we always explain the rules to them even if they don't listen to us but I noticed out of the three Lost_Leviathan has been the most toxic one Keep mind he's the same person who made a Grown Woman aka My friend "MysticalElf Warrior" Cry and Leave the server who the hell does that to someone? Levi does for sure.

Like spider said at the end I want Levi banned from murder permanently and have his admin power revoked and community banned that's all I have to say.

I already Briefly mention in the discord that im not dragging you into this to start anything with you.. we are cool.. I just think the Screen shots of us talking about past issues, Murder rules, and such is important to this.. Since its about past issue that stem from Levi.. From Clear bias towards us and our punishments to yours and Big Sads at the time.. So im not here to attack you in anyway shape or form.. You just happen to be part of this whole thing because of the last time, which needed brought up as proof of this Bias and Harassment in the past.. I think the only person not mentioned yet is Carson but we are cool and he helped last time as well as you and thats all within those two links, Which i highly suggest everyone to go give a read.. Also im sure you can Back up the countless times Levi has made less then appropriate remarks to phantom in the past even after shes told him countless times to not make those remarks(Phantom can talk more on this)... WhenLifegives you lemons, Coffee, Chaos(Former staff), Powertrain, and others can verify if they remember from back then, There was even a public thing that i cant find atm, made to tell people to chill the fuck out about it and again mainly a levi thing that was happening.

As for the claims of being called a retard... The Screenshot of me calling him out on it in discord and him replying with WHO CARES, and IVE GOT NOTHING TO LOSE... is proof of those claims.. Did not even deny what he said just a who cares, and got nothing to lose... 

But in the end Norm we are cool, im not going after you for anything, you just happen to be part of a older incident...

I have Screen shots of you blaming me for the death of the serverm but i opted not to post them as they dont really relate to this.. When i was saying you all in this case i was mainly talking about things like RDM and other rules breaks on the server.. Basically saying we are not all innocent of these things.. These are the things that were let go, let to pass.. Basically it was all let go so Levi talking about having all this shit from long ago means nothing to the Targeting of now.. If that makes sense, im not always the best at getting my thoughts through.. So in no way am i intentionally attacking you or anything.. As for this stuff from years ago its basically to show that this has been going on for ages.. I honestly thought we were done with all this, but not even a month into coming back im having to defend me and my friends from levi and his bullshit...

Two Bans done by levi, both with the Mutt jokes of which she already made clear she did not like. The attached file you will see Fluxx bans.. Both of the past bans being from 6 Years ago so a Perma ban This time around if he had broken rules is Far Past the line of acceptable punishment by the MURDER RULES themselves. However Levi dont care as shown previously with his comments in the discord....

Id like to know when or if anything is going to be done here, or if its just going to be shoved under the rug once more..
