The whole thing started with 4 people on, I was T, I killed a player and did not ID the body, went across the map to the remaining 2, The JFK killed the other person and proceeded to RDM me  despite (from his perspective) being 2 people left. His excuse was that there weren't many people on. I was planning on forgiving, but the fact that he was adamant he did nothing wrong compelled me to follow through with the report. He proceeds to flame me & RDM me multiple times after across 2-3 maps, despite me giving him plenty of opportunities and warnings. Pretty toxic imo. It didn't help that Everyjuan for whatever reason was not handling the report(s) in any capacity, despite only being AFK a few rounds.

[Logs included are from 4/20 11th hour round (5?) if you want to check them yourself].

Usually I really don't mind too much about being RDM'd if people admit their mistakes and try to not do it again, but this is blatant harassment and "no mods, no rulz" mentality. It's toxic and tbh I don't think it belongs, and having fewer people on isn't an excuse.

EDIT: It is also worth noting that he created several false reports mocking my initial report against him, saying the same things/close to the same things as the screenshotted convos.

I want to make this clear. You and me were the last 2 people alive and i knew that. you were a terrorist and i was an innocent. it doesnt take a genius to realize that your a bad guy if im an inno. you even admitted it in this photo which you submitted as proof.

While i admit i did kill an innocent. i killed him becuase he was trying to shoot me, although he was a bad shot i was wasnt going to let him sit there and continue shooting at me . (self defense)

What i dont get is why your so specific about me getting a ban even though the next map you were consistently Targeted/RDM'd for being afk on casino map by 2 other people. if you want accurately report someone for (targeting) report them not me.

And please explain how you knew that if I never ID'd the body? If bodies aren't ID'd they still show up as alive to other innos. So to you, there were 2 people alive, and therefore you couldn't say for certain I was a T. You can "have a feeling" all you want, it isn't proof (as per server rules) and therefore against the rules.

Your targeted RDM/flaming in subsequent rounds for my reports was childish and petty. Shifting the blame to other people who were online doesn't excuse what you were doing. You were the one promoting that this was okay, you were the one going against the rules, and you were the one who I was collecting the evidence against while whatever "casino map" stuff was going on. Take responsibility for your poor decisions, I literally have screenshots of everything you did.

I'm done arguing with you, I made this thread for mods to decide on punishment, not for you to deny what happened. Anyone with at least a single brain cell can see via the concrete evidence that you were breaking multiple rules. If they have any doubt, they have access to event logs, shot logs, and much more. You can try to shift blame/deny all you want, it won't matter.

Fact is Everyjuan realized what happened. its up to mods to act on situations like these. if he wanted to warn/slay or  even ban me he could have done for any and every reason. you are mad that he choose not to act. So I'm politely asking you to F**K off and leave me alone your constant harassment is irritating.

Also you don't have to ID a body to know the person is dead. you have to id the body to show they are dead. I can look at an unidentified body and not id it.

You two were going at each other. From what I saw both of you were equally attacking the other. I did not take action because I could not determine fault. When I saw chat, the way you were wording things ReThink was not in a way to de-escalate the situation.

I actually left the server because of you two going back and forth. There were only a few people on when i left(4 maybe?) and it was easier to separate from the situation and let you two battle it out.

Attacking him how? Show me a single log or picture or ANY evidence whatsoever of me breaking any rules back and I will drop this thread. I never once went down to his level. You were AFK and came back to us arguing, and shortly left instead of dealing with it. You just didnt feel like figuring out who was right.

Then why didn't you mute/gag them, "leaving to let them battle it out?" what the hell is that, how would that help? I'm a little disappointed with how this was handled on all sides.
