Reasons for mods to unban: I normally play by the rules but on dinkleberg the rules are very different. For example, I did not know that you can kill someone for pushing someone with crowbar even if you did 0 damage. It turns out thats KOS'able. Another example is the "test or kos" rule, or even the fact that you can claim a room in overtime. All these rules do not apply to other servers. I think its unfair to ban someone for flaming another user especially since it was going back and forth between each other, so if i get a ban then so should the other user. I dont really recall trolling. All i did that day was go around carrying props and stuff like that. I committed RDM about twice where i killed a trusted user for adding a slay to me for something i did when he did the exact same thing and didnt add himself a slay to it. I felt that the mods would be fair and trustworthy. I also killed another user on a separate round for constantly calling me out for doing little things such as carry props or push people with crowbars. I felt targeted. Mods such as Lycan, Ace, Karl, can vouch for me and say that I actually do follow the rules. If you still wanna ban me then okay I guess. Hopefully it wont be permanent.

Because clearly you didn’t read them while I was on the server with you. You kept making arguments which go against our rules. You weren’t being targeted, you kept going against our rules.

Ex. You kept saying it isn’t T baiting for pushing someone off a ledge with a crowbar. Then someone proceeded to kill you and you claimed it to be RDM. Meanwhile, pushing players off ledges with the intent to harm them is T baiting which is the 23rd bullet in the “What is KOSable” section in our rules. You claim to not done any damage to them but the same could be said if I was shooting near you, I didn’t do any damage to you, but it was still tbaiting and KOSable.

I'm 99% sure there's a popup message in game that says to take issues with a staff member to the forums or to a higher up. It does NOT say to start rdming and flaming.

Yea, as i recall last night you were being a pain and were on the verge of being banned right there. That ban request seemed pretty damning too. If you felt a staff member was in the wrong, the right thing to do would be to report it or bring it up with a higher-ranking staff member, not get angry and start to rdm, revenge rdm, etc. -1 from me for now

+1 for a reduction though: If you can lighten up on the flaming from the screenshots I saw in this thread. You show some remorse though and personally speaking, the times I've played with you, you were very decent actually.

I myself can agree the rules are quite different from most servers, but every server is different you can't expect them all to be the same y'know? It's quite a long read but they're simple rules.
