What can you do to help the community: Since I get up at the “crack of dawn” for a lack of better term, I can cover the last end of late-night shift (5-7 A.M.) consistently throughout the year. This can give other late night staff members a chance to not have to get on and it helps delegate authority. From teaching experience as an assistant, being in a leadership position with college marching band, and working in Kroger Pick-Up, I have developed and refined the ability to “run the room” by myself professionally. To elaborate what this means, I feel confident in my ability to manage the server by myself if it is needed.
 
Why you want to help the community:  This might be an internet community, but I always have viewed the concept of staffing as being very similarly to classroom management; working with a team is something I have learned to enjoy, and I miss being a part of the staff team. I would like to help maintain the order of TTT because it’s one of my favorite multiplayer games to participate in.

Other:  I hope that from the interactions I have had with some of you have shown you all that I’m not someone who is desperate for attention, and I apologize for my past actions.
 
Yes, I was banned from discord for “leaking staff chat” but instead of writing me off, I want you to keep in mind this had happened on the 29th of April in 2021, which is well over a year ago. I hope that we can move past this transgression and understand that I am fully aware of the gravity of that mistake; it will not be a repeat offense because I am not the same incompetent or petty person I once was.
 
No, I will not go out of my way and enforce anything on the word “retard.” Yes, I made this thread (https://www.dinklebergsgmod.com/site/showthread.php?tid=16158) but I understand and respect the rules of the community over what I personally believe. This isn’t about me, it’s about the betterment of the community.

As far as interactions go, Salty has proven to me he's good for staff, he's serious enough when needed but more then willing to join in on whatever stupid bit we've come up with. In terms of rule knowledge he's proven to me he's well aware of them.

As with the TTT ban history, do note that his unban request was made on 1st of January 2021 so that ban was 1+ years ago and he's made it clear he is no longer the same person he was when that ban happened, wich I believe.

You're one of the few in the community I belive are capable of being trusted again after a leak. I trust you. I've seen your growth over the past year, and it's been huge. You go out of your way to help and give solid advice and opinions on discord and forums. We don't talk a lot but I have a high opinion of you just from seeing how you handle things and yourself. You're the kind of candidate I look for in staff personally. You have unteachable qualities that many lack.
I havent played ttt recently, so I can't go off of in server, but out of server you carry yourself well.

I think this application should be considered on its own merits. I think you have shown yourself having moved past the overall trashing of late 2020.

My only concern is that you only became active 12 days ago, I feel like seeing you for closer to a month would be better.
If we keep this open for a few weeks that may settle some folk's angst of long-term activity.

I would personally love more activity out of you but at the same time you've seem to made positive changes to yourself and become better/done better. I can't remember having an issue out of you in any recent amount of time (months and months) 

Server activity would be nice but you are active in a lot of aspects in the community. Discord, forums, etc. 

Regardless of the small thing of activity, I believe you've done well to hopefully recoup a lot of the trust that was lost from others through your actions and respectful way of acting towards others. I definitely believe you deserve a chance to step back in the staffing role and I hope that you do well with it.

Honestly, as Nuru said, I have seen you drastically improve since you resigned/got banned/became toxic. It was a change for the best. 

The only thing I am gonna say is that while I do believe activity is important, even if you have been consistently active this last month on the past 12 days, you have been a part of the community since you got unbanned and throughout that whole time you have proved you are capable of being staff. I believe the whole leaking problem was connected to your whole personality back then, so it wouldn't be a problem this time around.

You were a good staff member before too, the only thing was your attitude which has changed so... like someone else mentioned, if activity is the only real concern, leave the application open for a week at least and if it doesn't drop then you have my +1.

So far, the only issue I have seen so far is activity, so that’s a really good thing. You are level headed, knowledgeable of the rules, and engage with the community! I don’t know what happened in the past, but I know that as of right now, you are one of the few people I am comfortable with getting staff. Good luck my friend!
