I’ve worked as a developer for Nebula gaming, where I added custom features and made the overall  server run better as a staff member. iv'e already helped the DinkleBergs prop hunt community by using the privileges the donor role gives me and following the staff guidelines to keep the server out of chaos. 

Why do you want to help the community?: well the prop hunt server is slowly falling behind unlike the TTT one... everyday i'm on there is no staff to be seen even when needed so i thought i may as well try since no one else is...

 I can help the community by being a figurehead of the community. While I am not the smartest nor best hunter , nor good at coding, I think I provide something. what that is? I am not quite sure what that magic is. But pretty much all the regulars are glad to see me. And I think I feel quite the same way about them too. On a serious note, I have already helped follow down several community inquiries regarding player safety and wellbeing. they have all been resolved or moved upwards accordingly. In terms of being a community figure, I definitely want to further become someone people in the community can look to for help for anything from "how to prophunt/get to discord/pointshop/etc" to more serious inquiries. 

Why do you want to help the community?: What motivates you to help us?
You see, I really like Dinkleburgs. my last community, THAB, went under because people were unwilling to donate and keep the server afloat, as well as people were leaving the server due to poor community in certain respects. In addition, it wasnt loved by the people who needed to give it the love most. That server had great players, but almost non-existent moderation sometimes. Dinks has great players AND great moderation. I want to keep that train going. I want to be someone who other people look at and say "yes, I love this community" as well as "yes, I want to support this community".

How did you find us?: After THAB, I wandered around a bit, looking for good servers with a good vibe. Found Dinks, Settled in as a sweaty can, evolved to chilling in stupid hiding spots. Do they work? not really.

I play a lot and some would say too much Prop Hunt, having the ability to ban hackers (and other various things) indefinitely would be a great "power" to possess. I make a ton of ban requests, and to be able to solve the problem right then and there would benefit the Prop Hunt Community. I would also like to help in assisting ban requests. I am extremely active, and know what to look for.

I've said this too much, but I absolutely love Prop Hunt. I just want people to have fun playing it. I try to hop on every ping, hell, I'll even hop out of bed sometimes to help resolve situations. I want the best for this server, and I dedicate a lot of my time to ensure that.

I have many friends in this server that look out for me an I them. Including Blu, Fofab, Harmless_Potato, gdeg, Cable Guy, Razor Supah, Mexican, Ronja, Carson and much more. I can be a bit of a sweat at times but I wont let it effect my ability to root out ghosters and team switchers, 

To counter the donor staff issue I feel trusted will give me more of a boost in my ability to counter many of the issues going on. I have read over the full list of 15 situation rules and believe a step up would be ideal. Thanks to Potato for getting in touch with me about applying.

What can you do to help the community?: As admin, I (along with Possum and Ryzif) and edit some shop content.  Currently, I've been creating new hats, pets, and other accessories.  I've been adding more crates, and overall giving the shop a fresh coat of paint with the goal of the PH staff team releasing a massive content drop in the near future.  These new items, crates, etc. will be available soon.  However, we can only do so much because we are limited to the content that already exists on the server.  There was some previously unreleased content, and we can make new items using models/entities that already exist on the server, but new content needs to be added by Dink (and Dink alone).  We want to rotate the maps more often, ideally once every 2 months or so.  We want to continually offer new content (and remove the content players really don't care for).

We are currently preparing a shop update hopefully containing things like: vapes, crowbar skins, more guns, new player models, and another round of maps (after we finish editing some to make them dink's worthy).
As Co-Owner, I could get new content on the server in a timely manner.  Things like ranks would be granted quicker.  In short, having the ability to add new content to the server would be beneficial to the community.
Less frustration from players = happier player base.


Why do you want to help the community?: The buzz that we've seen from the community from just a couple of maps getting removed/added has been incredible. We've seen previously dead regulars return to play on some of the newly added maps.  The discord has been pretty active too!  It's amazing what a small change from monotony on the server can do for this community. The core of this community is it's regulars.  We get lots of new players, but I want to say less than 50% of new players will continue to play since they mostly join to play after their favorite YouTuber.  More content can translate into an even larger player base.

Being staff for the PH server is just a hobby for a game I play as a hobby.  There's nothing deeper than that.  Any major server changes will be run by you first, with the benefit for you that you don't have to add the stuff to the server yourself after you give an OK.  I won't be adding any addons to the server without your permission.
