What can you do to help the community?:
If I do get T-mod, I can able to ban troublemakers (such as ghosters, mic spammers, etc) when the upper staffs are too busy or sleeping. I think most people know but in case, I am a Night-owl so I can help the server during nighttime and after midnight. Banning troublemakers during nighttime is easier than creating a ban request for a day ban the next day. Not only that, I want to help Trusted staffs who are having troubles and need a ban on troublemakers.

Why do you want to help the community?:
As I mentioned before, I can stay up until 3am CST where the server can have troublemakers during the nighttime. I have experienced before as a Trusted where I needed help banning a player from the upper staffs but they were either sleeping or busy at the time. All I could do was keep on gagging or kicking the players until they stopped or another staff with ban power got on. (This had happened before when I was kicking a hacker for 15 mins). Of course, life is different for everyone so I will never blame them for that.

How did you find us?: originally dinks for my first ph server saw a mod at the time (travis i love you big guy) being strict on mic spam and noped out. Went to CG(RIP) got super annoyed with their sound bored and came back and I've been here ever since.

Other: I answered these types of questions like 10 times during my time here across 3 servers and discord app (first gen discord mod for dinks) and my brains has probably fried coming up with reasons at this point...Regarding my resignations I'll fully admit I was burnt out from ph as a whole at those times and never really understood how to help myself. Coming back after my 5 year break(and therapy sessions) I've been able to enjoy the game mode and the players on it for the first time in years and i'd be thankfull if you guys gave me a chance to prove i do want to help.

regarding the activity on GT or Tsar my hours look gappy because they are I drive for a living so i can't always be on when server is alive because no sleep+ driving= bad idea. So sometimes i come home server is dead or I'm too tired to get on server from work

Prop Hunt is something I really cherish, and I want to continue what I do with the ability of being able to perma ban for the respective reasons. I think I've grown a little and refined what Super Milk Chan had inputted in my previous Prop Hunt Moderator application. I now make sure there's enough concrete evidence to insure what the ban reason is, is convincing. I take my time gathering evidence, and aren't too quick issuing bans now.

Why do you want to help the community?: What motivates you to help us?:
I strive to help create a fun and safe atmosphere for the community. I devote a lot of my free-time around here and absolutely love doing what I can to help out.

For burnout, I have stepped my time back since reapplying back into the Prop Hunt staff team in early October. So there's no concern now that I will put too much time into the server and get burnt out in the future.

I am extremely active amongst the Dinkleberg community, so I am able to reliably hop on to staff pings. I know the Prop Hunt rules very well, and I have the PH Staff Guidelines open on another monitor to ensure I am dishing out a proper punishments accordingly. With 78 ban requests, I fully know what to look for in regards of the difference between hackers and ghosters. Most importantly I strive to maintain server behavior, whether that would be mic spam, toxicity, racism, etc.

Why do you want to help the community?:
I have played a lot of Prop Hunt, and I absolutely love it. Most of my gaming free-time is spent on the Prop Hunt server. And I want to do everything I can to ensure that Dinkleberg's Prop Hunt is a safe place and fun place for everyone that legitimately wants to play Prop Hunt. I have had the upmost great time here, and I want to continue my efforts to make sure everyone else has the same fun experience as I have!

What can you do to help the community?:
There is always the stuff I already do, such as handling ban requests, contributing to updates, and tackling major problems like the server blowing up and becoming unplayable. Becoming an admin will give me more tools and more authority to streamline this better than my current position.

As for what I’d like to be able to do, I want to bring positive change to the community. That's not to say it's not already good, but I think some would agree that a few quality of life changes could breathe life back into the server. I aim to do this by putting my best foot forward to take a swing at solving the update frequency problem, and possibly change the rules just a bit to solve a bit of confusion and make things more fun. I have had a lot of time to observe the positives and negatives of our current set of rules, and I think we can improve the results.

This is more of a future discussion I wish to have with Dinkleberg, but I have a few ideas about how to make more frequent updates a possibility. For example, Dink and I may be able to find ways to make it easier for admins to contact him and have his support. I could also develop a new tool that will allow Prop Hunt to do more frequent content updates for things like maps, models, and taunt sounds, while leaving structural updates, such as changing the map voting system, to be implemented by Dink. This way, we can have updates without Dink having to worry about the possibility of another admin causing problems, which has proven to be a valid concern in the past.

This is, again, a problem for me to tackle in the future, but I am including this to show that I am willing to find a middle ground and work on developing said middle ground.

Why do you want to help the community?:
This is a bit of a simple answer, but I have come to enjoy the community and friends I have on this server. I want PH to be an enjoyable place for us to gather and play.

As a few of you know I have a busy life at this time. However, as mentioned before, I have gotten more time and put that time into the gym and becoming a volunteer firefighter. I still have more time being made available in the near future with getting work under control and a new home with my own space becoming available.
One of the major ways becoming an admin would really help me is the tools, such as the ability to ban users without actually having to be on the server. When I have time to use my PC at home, a fair bit of that time goes into doing ban requests as I am required to be at the PC to administer punishments. With the Admin tools, I can ban someone remotely, freeing up time when I am home and giving me more time to actually play. (I understand that the panel is a bit buggy, but we can work out some kind of fix)

What can you do to help the community?:
I won't waste you're time listening everything from my previous apps as the list is long & still stands as a lot of my points.

This is what I have to add to this list

• I wish to take up a more management type position in this community, for example as most PH staff know my best work is done behind the scenes.

• I want to take on the responsibility for making sure new content is added to the server to bring a breath of fresh air to PH, I know the Admins will get around to things eventually, however I feel that giving the Admin team a helping hand really moves things along. I can do this now however I believe Mods are seen as community leaders & I would like this to be the case for myself.

• Trayning & guidance, I have had a bit of experience now with training some newcomers & giving them as much guidance & help as I posibly can, this too is something I wish to expand on. As anyone would tell you I am not perfect at this but I try my best & I always use the lessons I learnt helping one person to help the next one better.

• Assistance for the ban requests section for the forums. As many you know, the ban requests section can get quite full at times, it is good & bear at the time of writing this, but as the Admins themselves can attest, they all get busy at times & I would like to take a bit of that weight off there shoulders to free up the admin team to do more exciting stuff. I love my Admin team <3 (Not grasping for brownie points, they know this)

Why do you want to help the community?:
• Just like in my last apps I mentioned the staff team help me & it was my respect for how the situation was handled, that drove me to join the staff team to begin with.

Let me begin by saying to all those I trolled hinting that I was going to resign that, it sucks to suck & I will be here untill the game is dead & I'm buried in its coffin with it. You know I like you all to much to do that.

I really like were the staff team is going, it was a bit baron wen I 1st join the team with the majority of staff being super busy & basically did not exist at the time with the majority of the work being done by very few. This was because of a large number of staff left before I joined this community & those left behind got unlucky with their schedules. Now the team is looking lively with the Admin team finally having time to take care of business, a solid line up of Mods who know exactly what they are doing batten away big problems, a good number of T-Mods who can handle themselves & respond to the call for aid, & a good line up of Trusted who show huge potential. This drives my desire to have a leadership role, why wouldn't I want to lead such a wonderful team?

Much like any other staff member I want to see this community growv& stick around for as long as possible even if we do one day move to other games I can see us sticking like glue.

When there's players causing troubles in the server, I try my best to maintain the server from going into chaos and warn them about the rules of the server. It can be frustrating at time when there are players who doesn't listen and continue ruining the servers for everyone online. I can also help the server at nighttime when most of the staffs are sleeping/busy instead of pinging staff at 3 in the morning.

Why do you want to help the community?:
Dinkleberg is actually the first community that I had actually interact with other players. I'm a introvert person so I really don't have a relationship that I called friends with a lot of people. The regulars in Dinkleberg PH made me come out my shell a bit which made the server more fun for me.
So when there's troubles going online and there is no staffs available, I really want to help out the players who want nothing more than to have fun but cannot when the problem begins to rose into chaos with the limitation that I have as a Donor. I also want to help out staffs that can very hard for them calming down the situations, expectedly if there is only one staff available and take care of the chaos online.

How did you find us?: I brought Gmod for the first time and decided to play Prop hunt because of Youtube. I joined in the server due to the amount of players compared to the other servers.

I don't have the experience of being a staff or joining a community but, I am willing to learn and do my best to be a better bird. Even if I am denied of being Trusted, I am still going to help out the community as best I can since I like the people here. What can you do to help the community?:
I post a lot of ban requests, and for first timer bannable offenses (i.e. excessive mic spammers, ghosters, etc.), can be solved with a Tmod on. I could even temp-ban hackers and other various rule-breakers until an Admin is able to take a look at the ban request for a ban longer than 24 hours. I'm on very often, and me earning Tmod it would help with quicker actions on specific situations that may potentially occur in the Dinkleberg's Prop Hunt server.

Why do you want to help the community?:
I play a lot (most will argue I play tooooo much lol), and I absolutely love playing Prop Hunt. Most of my gaming free-time is spent on the Prop Hunt server. And I want to do everything I can to ensure that Dinkleberg's Prop Hunt is a safe place and fun place for everyone that legitimately wants to play Prop Hunt. I have had the upmost great time here, and I want to continue my efforts to make sure everyone else has the same fun experience as I have!

Yes, once for time-farming for 24 hours. Wasn't truly time-farming, I just had a problem of getting too tired late in the night and going to bed without disconnecting, whoops lol. This hasn't happened in almost year though. (No relevant ban post).

I play a lot more than the other Trusteds, Garro probably has me beat though lol. I create a ton a ban requests, and I hop on almost all of the staff pings to do what I can do currently to resolve the situation.
